About mom2mom
Why mom2mom exists
We started mom2mom at the Kooperativ hackathon in Warsaw on 30–31 October 2026 because we know the story from the inside: a move, a child, and a professional who suddenly looks like a beginner. In less than a day, 100 mothers answered our survey.
Our mission
We bring women back to their professions after the job market wrote them off for moving abroad and having children

What makes us different
Built for migrant mothers
For mothers who moved to a new country and are pregnant or have a youngest child under 8. Mentors who went through the move themselves support them.
Built around her time
Remote or part-time, around childcare. In our survey, 55% of mothers can give 20 hours a week or less.
